Earlier this week, a leaked draft opinion written by the Supreme Court revealed they are planning to overturn Roe v. Wade.

When this happens, almost all abortions would be illegal here in Wisconsin.

Abortion rights are too important to allow them to be decided by the whim of the Supreme Court. They need to be codified into law so they can be protected for people who need them forever.

But our opponent Derrick Van Orden is against abortion access. And if he is elected, he will try to take away those rights from all people in America.

Brad will always fight to protect and codify abortion access. In fact, in his role as a state senator, he's calling for a special session right now.
