On Monday night, we got some deeply disturbing news: the United States Supreme Court has drafted an opinion to overrule the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling and potentially relegate decisions about abortion access to each state. This could have a devastating impact on access to abortion  across the country, and would harm countless Americans—particularly people of color and people in rural areas.

But let’s be clear: this is not a final decision. This has not yet taken effect. Roe v. Wade is still the law of the land, and abortion remains legal and available today.

No matter what five justices on the Supreme Court decide, we still have the power to push for reproductive freedom — by casting our ballots, making our voices heard, and supporting organizations that are ensuring abortion access on the ground right now.

Can you split a donation today between three of those organizations — the Feminist Women's Health Center, the SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective, and ARC Southeast?

Here’s a little more background on these groups:

The Feminist Women's Health Center has been operating in Atlanta providing care for over 45 years, and is an independent clinic on the front lines of the battle to protect abortion access.

The SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective is a diverse collective of women of color dedicated to growing and supporting the reproductive justice movement, and to uplifting the voices and building the capacity to win access to abortion and all other reproductive rights.

ARC Southeast is a fund that helps those in need overcome barriers and ensure they have the resources to access reproductive healthcare, including abortion access, in six states across the Southeast.

It’s no coincidence that the same state legislators attacking voting rights are also restricting access to abortion care.

They know that our freedom to vote is critical to electing leaders who represent the 8 in 10 Americans who support the legal right to abortion. Extremists don’t want to compete in free and fair elections, because they know they can’t win on the merits of their unpopular policies — so they try to create barriers to the ballot box.

At Fair Fight, we’ll continue working to ensure free and fair elections for all — so the vast majority of Americans who support Roe v. Wade can freely elect leaders who will defend abortion rights and support our freedom to vote.

But it’s only possible with your support. And together, we can uplift organizations that are protecting abortion access today in Georgia and across the Southeast.

Please split a contribution today between the Feminist Women's Health Center, the SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective, and ARC Southeast.
