when we come together, we win together, and yesterday, we proved to the entire state that we’re fighting back --

The past two days have felt dark, Team.

I am worried about abortion rights and what the leaked opinion means for contraception, marriage equality, and civil rights.

Yet, I know that when we come together, we win together, and yesterday, we proved to the entire state that we’re fighting back.

Last night, Democrat Carol Glanville defeated Republican Robert Regan in a special west Michigan state House race. I want to congratulate Representative-Elect Carol Glanville for her hard-fought and well-deserved win.

We saw common sense and decency win over conspiracy theories, hate, and fear last night, and I’m ready to carry this momentum all the way to November.

With Republican extremists on the ballot this year, there is too much at stake to sit on the sidelines. Today, I’m asking you to join me as we reenergize our efforts and prepare to invest in the hard work and smart strategy it takes to win in every corner of Michigan.

Are you with me? If you are, please chip in any amount today to fuel the critical work we have ahead of us. Together, we can defeat Republican extremists who want to make hate and fear the normal in Lansing. Let’s stop them → → →
