Clearly today is a big day. I was proud to stand for life in Dobbs v. Jackson, supporting Mississippi’s 15 week ban on abortion. I refused to back down in other cases, like Brnovich v. Isaacson. I will always work to protect the unborn and the most vulnerable in Arizona. If Roe v. Wade is eventually overturned, we will get to work in AZ and across the country to protect life.

The unprecedented leak by the Supreme Court is clearly an attempt to intimidate justices and impact the final decision on Dobbs. Pro-life Americans will not be intimidated, nor will justices who follow the Constitution. I fought for life as Arizona’s Attorney General. I will proudly continue to fight for life as Arizona’s next Senator.

On another critical topic, the border crisis continues to affect so many communities, not just in Arizona but across our entire country. The rampant drug and human trafficking flowing through our state alone is negatively impacting the lives of hundreds of thousands of Americans, resulting in widespread suffering because Kelly continues to enable Biden’s border blunder.

Tens of thousands of migrants are being released into our communities with little to no monitoring at all from law enforcement. Our law enforcement has been prevented from doing their job by Mark Kelly and the radical left since Biden took office. Dangerous and deadly drugs are being smuggled into our schools and communities. Thousands of gotaways escape detection from border officials every week. This isn't going to affect our next month or year, this is going to fundamentally transform our nation for decades. This border crisis will not stop until the American people rise up with their voices and with their votes.

My record and Mark Kelly’s record on the border couldn’t be more black and white. While Mark Kelly flip flops on Title 42, I fought the Biden administration in court to stop its premature rollback and secured a Temporary Restraining Order to keep it in place. While Mark Kelly voted to defund border security and stop construction of the wall, I filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for halting construction of the wall. And when Mark Kelly voted to put illegal immigrants before Arizonans by giving them stimulus checks, I led a multi-state coalition to stop the Biden administration from undermining America’s immigration laws.

Here’s what we need to do. We need to finish the wall; equip our Border patrol agents with sorely-needed border security infrastructure like roads, lighting, and cameras; fund a larger Custom and Border Patrol agency prepared to master the crisis at the border; equip law enforcement to keep track of illegal migrants released into the U.S.; expand the existing courts to handle the backlog and all future migrant claims; and reform the legal immigration system so it works for the benefit of the American people, not radical bureaucrats in Washington.

I’m already on the frontlines fighting for Arizona to stop the Biden administration and Mark Kelly from implementing disastrous border policy. While my opponents just rattle off talking points, I’m doing something about it. You can count on me to get the job done in Washington. Send a fighter, not a phony.

Thank you for your continued support. Let’s get the job done for Arizona.
