Did you hear the news from the Supreme Court?  

In case you missed it, according to a leaked draft of a majority opinion, the Supreme Court is poised to overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. This could help bring about the end of abortion in the U.S.

Unfortunately, the fight is not over!

Democrats in Congress and across the country are already hard at work to undermine this court decision - and since there hasn’t been a final decision, they could succeed. 

We need to PRAY and ACT!

You might remember that earlier this year we had been working on a trigger bill to ban abortion in Nebraska if the Supreme Court ever made such a decision. This bill was unsuccessful, due to the Democrats in Lincoln.

This is why it is so important that we elect more Republicans, not just to Congress but also to the Nebraska Legislature.

Thankfully, Speaker Mike Hilgers has pledged to support a special session if Roe is overturned, so that Nebraska can act to PROTECT LIFE. We will do everything we can to support our pro-life leaders, and to elect more of them this fall!
