Hi John,

With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, I have been thinking a lot about what I am thankful for.

Without question, this has been quite a year for a freshman Congressperson. BUT, through all the challenges of the past year, we have made real progress.

In the House, we have passed over 300 pieces of legislation this year, including taking action to reduce the cost of prescription medicines, address the gun violence epidemic, make higher education affordable, secure our elections, and so much more.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve you in Congress. I am thankful for all the early supporters who knew this was possible and for every one of you for your ongoing support. I hope I am making you proud.

With less than a year until the next election, I need you with me every step of the way.
