Our opponents say they “will do whatever [they] can” to make abortion illegal in Michigan – and this draft Supreme Court opinion shows just how high the stakes are. Our opponents have made the horrifying assertion that women who are raped should have to give birth because “God put them in this moment.” And they’ve said they would refuse to allow protections for women even in cases of rape, incest, or when the mother’s health is at risk.
