News just broke that the Supreme Court is planning to overturn Roe v. Wade, according to a leaked initial draft of the majority opinion. This would be absolutely devastating for millions of Americans, putting people's health care – and lives – at risk. 

These unprecedented and dangerous attacks on reproductive freedom cannot go unanswered. We need to come together and fight back immediately. It's time to codify Roe into law.

I've been working tirelessly in the Senate to do just that – to protect the right to abortion under federal law and neutralize any state laws banning or restricting access to reproductive health. Now, this legislation is more crucial than ever, and I need to know if you're standing with me.
