In moments of uncertainty, it may be tempting to disengage.

But Democratic governors and state governments are more important now than ever.

Laura has always believed that every woman’s reproductive decisions should be left to her and her physician. As governor, she will continue to oppose regressive legislation which interferes with individual rights or freedoms, and threatens the economic strides we’ve made in recent years making Kansas a welcoming place to do business.

Here in Kansas, our state legislative session isn't yet over, and it's difficult to know what will come next in an election year like this one. If one thing is clear, it’s that governors will be our last line of defense.

Laura will always fight to defend our rights and our values. That's why I'm so proud to be a part of her team, and why I'm glad you're with us.
