Team,
For nearly 50 years, the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized a woman's constitutional right to an abortion.
But late last night, a draft Supreme Court opinion leaked, revealing that the Court has reportedly decided to overturn Roe v. Wade , which would end the longstanding precedent protecting women’s reproductive freedom.
If true, this decision will leave abortion access up to the states.
We must redouble our efforts to elect pro-choice officials up and down the ballot. Early voting in this spring’s primary elections has already begun, and it’s never been more important that we elect leaders who will defend access to reproductive care — in November and beyond.
Team, can you chip in today to support me in the fight to defend reproductive rights? [[link removed]?]

This fight is not over, team. Women — not the government — should have the power to make their own reproductive health care decisions. Let’s work to make sure that women retain that power.
Thanks for everything,
Josh Stein
