This is bullshit. Last night, POLITICO released the Supreme Court’s leaked draft majority opinion in the Mississippi abortion case. Our concern over Roe was warranted.

The draft opinion completely eliminates the constitutional right to abortion established nearly 50 years ago in Roe v. Wade.

This is the clearest sign yet that the Court is poised to strip away our fundamental rights. If this decision goes into effect and overturns Roe, 26 states are certain or likely to ban abortion — impacting more than 36 million women and leaving them without abortion access.

The most immediate thing you can do to support reproductive rights is by making a donation today to an abortion fund working on the ground to support abortion care for patients who need it.
