[1]Women's March
John, the
outpouring of Women’s Marchers who are showing up for abortion rights and
signing our pledge to rally has been outstanding — but we noticed your
name is missing!
[ [link removed] ]We’re calling on Women’s Marchers across the country to head to their
local courthouse, federal building, town hall, or town square at 5pm local
time to rally in defense of abortion access. Can we count on you to be
there?

We won’t back down from protecting our reproductive freedom, but we need
you with us.
Together,
Women’s March.
P.S. We’re also including our call-to-action from this morning, in case
you missed it.

John — this is
dire news.
A leaked draft opinion from Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito reveals
that the Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe v. Wade.

rights
If you’re like me, then you’re horrified, saddened, and livid hearing this
news. Now is the time to show up and show that our movement will not back
down from protecting our reproductive rights and access to safe, legal
abortion anytime soon.

That is why Women’s March is asking our supporters to show up for abortion
rights today, Tuesday, May 3 at 5pm local time at your community
courthouse, federal building, or town square to say bans off our bodies,
and demand elected officials take action before the right-wing justices on
the Supreme Court overturn Roe v. Wade.
Bring your families, your signs, your stories, your heart, and your
commitment to save Roe and access to safe and legal abortion for all who
need it.
We'll show up today — and keep showing up with larger and larger actions
in the days, weeks, and months to come.
The overturning of Roe v. Wade would immediately outright ban abortion in
26 states. Let’s be clear: Abortion is health care, and should be safe,
legal, and accessible for all. Abortion bans are especially dangerous for
low-income folks, Black women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and working families —
many of whom are struggling and living paycheck to paycheck.
[ [link removed] ]Will you pledge to show up today at 5pm your local time to rally with
our collective community and demand abortion access and bodily autonomy
for all?
Our movement is stronger than this moment,
John. We will make it through.
Together,
Rachel Carmona
