I will never stop fighting to defend Washingtonians' right to choose. Never.

The news reports that the Supreme Court plans to overturn Roe v. Wade are deeply alarming — but Justice Alito's draft Opinion will not take away Washingtonians' rights.

Washingtonians enshrined their right to reproductive freedom into law by voting to pass the Reproductive Privacy Act.

The Supreme Court's Opinion, if legitimate, will harm Washington state. It will strain our health care system in Eastern Washington, and reduce the services and resources available for Washingtonians seeking reproductive health care services.

But, it will not eliminate Washingtonians' rights. I will not let it. Add your name to join me in the fight to protect the right to choose.

I will fight to defend Washingtonians' legal and fundamental right to make their own health care decisions with every tool at my disposal as long as I serve in public office.
