POLITICO just broke the news that the Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe v. Wade , according to a leaked initial draft opinion.
Let me be clear—this ruling will not be final until it is published, likely later this spring. But it is the clearest indication yet that Trump-appointed, far-right Supreme Court justices will overturn Roe this year. If that happens, as many as 26 states are almost certain to issue outright bans on abortion.
Here’s how we fight back: We must do everything in our power—now, before it’s too late—to save and expand our Senate majority. It is the single-best way to protect our reproductive freedoms across the country.
