According to a leaked draft document, the Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe v. Wade. Please note that this draft opinion was just that — a draft. Abortion is still legal today, and their vote won't be final until they publicly share their ruling.
Let me be clear: abortion rights are human rights. All people deserve full reproductive freedom and access to safe, legal abortion. So John, I'm reaching out to you personally to ask if you'll split a contribution between more than 80 abortion funds working nonstop to ensure people can access they healthcare they need:
I will not stand by while an extremist, far-right Supreme Court takes away a person’s right to choose. The vast majority of Americans think abortion should be legal — there is not a single state where support for a federal ban on abortion has more than 30% support among the public.
What's more, we know that outlawing abortions does not prevent them from happening. It just prevents them from happening safely.
Right now, it's critical we organize together to support organizations on the front lines of abortion access. Will you please split a contribution between these 80+ abortion funds?
