As you may have seen, last night Politico reported on a draft opinion from the Supreme Court that showed the court is on the verge of totally overturning Roe v. Wade.

Team – the urgency to codify reproductive rights into law is no longer abstract. If Roe is struck down by the court, it will be life or death for many people nationwide.

Last year, I proudly co-sponsored and voted to pass the Women's Health Protection Act to enshrine the right to choose under the law. It will prohibit bans, mandatory waiting periods, and other restrictions on a person's reproductive rights. And it will ensure everyone — no matter where they live or their economic status — has access to safe and legal reproductive care.

Today, I am calling on the Senate to pass the Women's Health Protection Act and codify the right to reproductive health care into law. Add your name today to stand with me and demand the Senate act in the urgency of this moment.

I've always been guided by the principle that health care decisions should remain between people and their doctors. Now more than ever, we have to stay vigilant in the fight for reproductive rights. Our civil rights are on the ballot in 2022 as we work to defend a pro-choice majority in Congress: [link removed]

Today, please join me in adding your name to call on the Senate to codify reproductive rights into law >> [link removed]

It's an honor to serve you,
