Last night, Politico reported on a draft opinion in our case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. To be clear, this is not a final order from the U.S. Supreme Court, and abortion remains legal in the United States. The draft nonetheless appears ready to overturn the protections guaranteed by Roe v. Wade, allowing states to ban abortion entirely.

If this becomes the final decision, it would be devastating. It would represent the most damaging setback to the rights of women and pregnant people in the history of our country.
