They Have The Courts, We Have The People
The Supreme Court has voted to overturn Roe v Wade. This cannot stand. The time to hit the streets is now: everyone must mobilize immediately against this violent attack on abortion rights. Commit to this fight here.
We demand Congress pass federal legislation to protect abortion as a human right and repeal the filibuster if needed to do so. We call on organized labor, workers, and unionists to recognize that banning abortion is class warfare and join this fight.
We encourage DSA members to support ongoing reproductive justice work: sign up as a clinic escort and donate to abortion funds like the National Network of Abortion Funds and ARC-Southeast. Abortion bans are class warfare. Free abortion on demand and without apology.
The overturning of Roe v. Wade is abominable - the end result of a deeply rotten and undemocratic political system in which a handful of jurors determine the fates of millions.
All that's left to us is to organize and fight for the rights we deserve. We hope you join us in this struggle.
