If this draft majority opinion is issued, abortion will be illegal in Michigan with no exceptions --

Last night, Politico reported a draft majority opinion signaling that the U.S. Supreme Court is ready to overturn Roe v Wade

If this draft majority opinion is issued, abortion will be illegal in Michigan with no exceptions. A 1930s state law would immediately take effect and ban all abortions in Michigan the moment this opinion is issued.

We need to come together now to flip Michigan blue this November and send Michigan Democrats to Lansing who are ready to fight to protect abortion rights in Michigan.

Will you rush a contribution right now to help Team MDP end the Republican majority in our state legislature and help elect Michigan Democrats who will stop Michigan’s 1930s abortion ban?

There is too much at stake right now to sit on the sidelines.

No state in the country will feel the brunt of this potential ruling quite like Michigan. This 1930s near-total ban will have an immediate and massive impact on reproductive freedom for millions in our state.

We need to come together right now and mobilize to help elect Michigan Democrats up and down the ballot, from Governor Gretchen Whitmer to state house and state senate candidates.

Today, I am asking you to help fuel the work we have ahead so we can prepare now. This could be our last chance to end the Republican majority in Michigan and send Michigan Democrats to Lansing who are ready to work with Governor Whitmer to protect reproductive freedom.

Please rush a contribution of any amount today. Your support today will fuel the work ahead.

In this together,
