We just got devastating news: a leaked Supreme Court opinion shows Roe v. Wade has the votes to be overturned.

Without the Supreme Court’s protection for reproductive rights, access to abortion will be determined by state governments.

We have a pro-choice governor right now – but she’s up against extreme anti-choice Republican Paul LePage, who would do everything he can to undermine abortion access. And without Roe, he’d get away with all of it.

When Texas effectively banned abortion last year, Governor Mills promised:

“You can be damn sure that as long as I am governor I will stand strong to protect the rights of women and that I will fight every and any threat to undermine, roll back, or outright eliminate access to reproductive health care services.”
