Jack, the Supreme Court is under intense, and well-earned scrutiny for its glaring lack of judicial ethics. That's partly due to the activities of right-wing extremist Ginni Thomas, the wife of Justice Clarence Thomas, who, like her husband, is also a federal government official.

Known as a conservative political activist with loud opinions, Ginni Thomas maintained text communication with the then-White House Chief of Staff while participating in the Jan 6 insurrection. And yet, she still holds a five-year appointment to the Library of Congress Trust Fund Board. A position to which Donald Trump granted her in 2020.
Ginni Thomas has no business holding a federal office. President Biden has removed Trump appointees from other posts, and Thomas should join the club. Her role during the Jan 6 attack on our nation — coupled with her ongoing embrace of efforts to undermine our democracy — makes her unfit for any position in government, let alone one overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in federal money.
