Last week, Katie grilled an executive from
the major consulting firm McKinsey. 

Recent investigations found that when McKinsey received $140 million in
taxpayer dollars to help the FDA build drug safety programs, they employed
the exact same people to work on behalf of both the FDA and Purdue
Pharma—one of our country’s biggest manufacturers of opioids. 

McKinsey is trying to claim there’s no conflict of interest, but it’s
clear they broke the rules by failing to disclose these potential
conflicts. This type of corruption and greed is another example of big
corporations prioritizing profits over the wellbeing of the American
people.
