Here’s a little bit more about me. I’m the President of the Board of Trustees for Mt. San Antonio Community College, a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserves, and a successful small business owner.
I’m running for Congress because Washington is broken. As our community struggles to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, career politicians like Michelle Steel are more interested in serving themselves and their extreme partisan agenda rather than serving the people who elected them. Here’s an example: last month, Steel was one of 193 Republicans to vote against capping insulin prices.
John, insulin prices in America are ten times higher than in other developed nations.
Instead of standing with her constituents suffering from these outrageous prices, Steel sided with pharma execs raking in millions off the backs of regular Americans. [[link removed]]
Thankfully, we stand a great chance of beating her this November.
But the national GOP establishment will flood this district with out-of-state cash to save her – they know as well as I do that this district is a pure toss-up. That also means even a little bit of support goes a long way – just $5 could be the make-or-break factor this November. [[link removed]]
