John,
The Justices have recently agreed to hear the biggest abortion case of the current Supreme Court.
The abortion industry is not only fighting to pass extreme live-birth abortion bills, it is trying to have lifesaving pro-life laws OVERTURNED.
The abortion industry will not tolerate a single commonsense pro-life law - even basic health and safety regulations on abortion. Period.

Now the abortion industry has set its sights on a critical Louisiana law that could save lives. They are trying to have an appellate court decision that found the pro-life law constitutional REVERSED.
We cannot let the abortion industry win. The Supreme Court's decision could impact hundreds of pro-life laws and be a benchmark for future abortion legislation.
We've already filed one brief in this case, and now the deadline to file our final brief is quickly approaching. We urgently need your voice to defend babies' lives and defeat the abortion industry.
