Your gift right now will empower the National Rescue System to be ready to scale existing services and expand resources to serve moms and rescue children in new abortion-dense markets, if Roe v. Wade is overturned.
Please remember: If struck down, the decision on whether to allow abortion will fall to each individual state. Twenty-six states are likely to enact restrictions. This will be truly lifesaving for preborn children!
But even with these new life-centered laws, the same challenges will still exist for moms facing unexpected pregnancies.
A Supreme Court repeal of Roe won’t give these moms a better job, reliable housing, or childcare support — obstacles which often lead mothers to believe they have no other choice than abortion. Their life situations will remain the same before and after Roe.
Most of the women who come to Human Coalition seeking abortion say they would prefer to choose life if their circumstances were different. What they need is someone to walk with them through their fear and uncertainty, meet their tangible needs, and bring them to a place where their family is stable and thriving.
Thanks to people like you, the National Rescue System has reached thousands of women and provided them with the resources and support that empowered them to choose life. Since 2010, children over 27,278 children have been rescued from abortion!
Looking ahead to a post-Roe America, it’s imperative to grow and strengthen the National Rescue System even more. This will ensure that more moms than ever will be met with the life-affirming care and support they still need after the ruling.
That’s why efforts are already underway to scale and expand the National Rescue System into more abortion-dense markets around the country. The National Rescue System must be ready to meet the needs of more moms after Roe, especially in states with abortion restrictions. Without their tangible needs being met, moms will make the heartbreaking decision to travel to a nearby state where abortion remains legal and choose abortion instead of life.
But by giving TODAY, you will reach more moms, rescue more children, and restore more families from abortion.
Moms won’t have to turn to Planned Parenthood or seek abortion in another state, because you’ve stood in the gap for them and offered them help and hope.
