Making change for menopausal women

Workplaces and healthcare services are failing menopausal women and change is urgently needed

Today we have published our landmark report, Menopause and the Workplace, the largest representative survey of menopausal and perimenopausal women in the UK.

📺 Our findings feature in Channel 4 documentary: Davina McCall: Sex, Mind and the Menopause airing tonight at 9pm.

Menopause and the Workplace shows a shocking lack of support for women experiencing often severe symptoms in the workplace:

👉 One in ten women who worked during the menopause have left a job due to their symptoms
👉 Eight out of ten women say their employer hasn’t shared information, trained staff, or put in place a menopause absence policy
👉 Almost half of women haven’t approached their GPs and three in ten have seen delays in diagnosis
👉 Only four in ten women were offered HRT in a timely fashion.

A campaign win for End Salary History 🎉

We are delighted to come together with the Recruitment and Employment Federation to launch our End Salary History Guide for Recruiters, to tackle gender, ethnicity and disability pay gaps.

Our guide will help recruiters to educate their clients to make a simple change - to stop asking job applicants how much they earned in previous roles - and improve pay equality for women.
