Happy first day of May! I am so thrilled by the progress we’ve made together,
and I wouldn’t be here without people like you who have supported me in every
way possible.

Throughout April, I was happy to be home in Sacramento talking with voters.
Every conversation and meeting was so valuable to me, and I thank everyone who
took the time to meet with me!

I also spent time in Washington, voting on legislation that brings in
important funding to our city to keep us safe from floods, creates good paying
jobs, and provides families across the district with quality and affordable
childcare and healthcare.

I look forward to what comes along in May, and I hope you are able to follow
along with me as we ramp up for the California primaries! Follow my social
