Last year we saw a wave of strikes from Nabisco, Frito-Lay, John Deere, and more as workers organized to take their power back. Starbucks stores and now Amazon warehouses have been unionizing in droves.
And in Alabama, 1,000 miners have been striking against Warrior Met Coal for over a year now.
These workers need the support of their legislators, and it is disgraceful that the Senate has failed to do its duty.
The PRO Act is only one piece of critical legislation being held up by the Democrats’ refusal to abolish the Jim Crow filibuster or put pressure on conservative Democrats like Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema standing in our way.
But we have a chance to end Joe Manchin’s power trip once and for all by putting the Senate swing vote in the hands of progressives like Morgan Harper (OH), Charles Booker (KY), and Malcolm Kenyatta (PA).
Morgan is up for vote RIGHT NOW in Ohio, with early voting happening now and primary day on Tuesday. Malcolm and Charles are up next in just two weeks. We need your help to turn out the vote. Can you pitch in?
