John,

I wanted to reach out today to thank you for your support this past month. Whether you’ve been with us since I first launched my campaign in 2017, or if you are new to TX-32 or this team, I’m grateful to have such a strong grassroots team on my side.

I also wanted to acknowledge that today is International Workers Day! It’s a moment for us to acknowledge and celebrate all that labor movements have done for the citizens of this country. We owe the 40-Hour work week, child labor laws, and paid time off to unions and the labor movement.

As a former card-carrying NFLPA union member, I am proud to stand with workers in Texas and across the country and will always fight to build an economy that works for everyone.
