Give Blood for Our Kids

We have children of every blood type at Children's Hospital Los
Angeles, including yours. Nearly 90 percent of the blood transfused at
CHLA comes from donations made at our Blood Donor Center, and we need
around 800 blood donors each month to meet the need.

Reduce Your Taxes With an IRA Gift

Reduce your taxes with an IRA rollover gift to Children's Hospital Los
Angeles. The IRA charitable gift rollover permits individuals who are
70 1/2 to make a gift of up to $100,000 from their IRA to Children's
Hospital Los Angeles free from federal income tax. An IRA rollover
gift also qualifies for your required minimum distribution (RMD),
permitting you to lower your taxable income for this year while

Tune In for #GivingTuesday

For the fourth year in a row, KOST 103.5FM and KTLA5 morning news are
teaming up to support Children's Hospital Los Angeles on
#GivingTuesday, the international day of giving back. Beloved radio
personality Ellen K and her team will broadcast live from the CHLA
lobby all day while KTLA shares hourly stories to encourage Angelenos
to support CHLA. Tune in Dec. 3 from 6 a.m.-11 p.m. to hear all of the
heartwarming stories from patients, celebrity friends and hospital
leadership.
