Kansas Republicans attempted to override Governor Laura Kelly's vetoes of the hateful "parents bill of rights" and anti-trans bills and FAILED. 

The highly politicized bills gathered the votes to override the governor's veto in the Senate, thanks to far-right, extremist leadership. 

 

Instead of passing laws that will actually help Kansans, Republicans in our state are busy focusing on divisive, hateful issues that benefit nothing expect their own political agenda. Kansans deserve better than these Republican lawmakers.
