I really wish I had better news, folks—but we came up short of our April fundraising goal, and in all honesty, I’m anxious about what comes next.

You see, this puts us in a particularly vulnerable position. For the past year, we’ve been able to build our team’s resources while the Republicans duked it out in a messy (and quite frankly, embarrassing) primary.

But Tuesday we’ll finally learn which GOP extremist I’ll take on in November. And then the full force of the Republican machine—Trump, McConnell, their billionaire corporate backers, the whole shebang—will point their arsenal directly at us.

The short version is this: we need resources to weather the storm that’s headed our way, and FAST. Can you rush $25 to my campaign so we can go head-to-head with whichever extremist millionaire the GOP nominates on Tuesday?
