To create a new, equity-centered way of leading, we need new leaders. New leaders are the people in your community who collaborate and connect with others to address injustice and oppression. New leaders are your coworkers, classmates, neighbors, or friends.
But these new leaders may need someone like you to remind them of their leadership potential.

To face our communities’ challenges - poverty, institutional racism, attacks on democracy, healthcare disparities, the climate crisis, and many more - NLC turns to inclusive leaders who know their communities best.
