I won my last midterm race by just 1.7%.

I have a personal request, team.

Midterm elections are notoriously challenging — especially for the party in power — and I won my last midterm race by just 1.7%. This year the National GOP sees a path to a Senate majority through our state. That’s why they’re dropping organizers in Colorado and raised over $43 million last quarter to flip seats like mine.

My team tells me we’re $23,457 short of our end-of-month fundraising goal — and I don’t take a penny from corporate PACs or federal lobbyists so I’m personally asking you to pitch in $10 before tonight’s deadline.

With your support and feedback, I banned surprise emergency medical bills; secured investments in our roads, bridges, and high-speed internet that will create jobs; and now I’m fighting to cap the out-of-pocket cost of insulin at $35.

But right now, the National GOP is targeting my seat. This cycle alone, the GOP arm working to flip the Senate raised over $147 million to flip seats like mine and the Republican National Committee is sending organizers into Colorado. But my team tells me, if everyone reading this pitches in a donation of any amount, we’ll meet our goal tonight and start this quarter off strong.

So if you can, please donate $10 — or what works for you — to keep Colorado blue and defend our slim Senate majority.
