Today is a big day for us.

Sam, my finance director, sat me down this morning to break the news: we’re still not where we need to be for our April fundraising goal with $5,000 still left to raise.

But it’s not just about hitting a certain goal every month. It’s about fighting for our neighbors, ensuring quality healthcare, investing in rural infrastructure, bringing reliable internet to everyone, and most of all, protecting and promoting our democracy.
