We are at a critical point in the fight for abortion access in the United States. The U.S. Supreme Court is poised to rule on our case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, in just a matter of weeks. This lawsuit challenges a Mississippi ban on abortion after just 15 weeks of pregnancy and presents a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade.

And right now, anti-abortion politicians across the country are rushing to pass more and more extreme abortion bans in hopes that the Supreme Court will overturn Roe on decision day: total abortion bans, bans that include devious vigilante schemes that hand over state enforcement power to private citizens, and bans that threaten up to a decade in prison for anyone who performs an abortion.
