First off, I wanted to say thank you to everyone who stepped up ahead of our pre-primary election filing deadline last night. Now, our job is to keep up the momentum.

John, this is the most crucial time for our campaign. Here are three things you should know about the state of our race.

1. Chris is the best person to win this competitive seat. He earned endorsements from the Allegheny and Beaver County Democratic Committees as well as countless labor unions and working families. Together, we’ve built a coalition of moderates and progressives ready to take on the radical right.

2. Chris has outraised his primary opponent throughout this race. Thanks to real people all across the district who believe in our fight for the common good, we’re proud to have a financial advantage going into these final weeks before the primary.

3. As Chris’s campaign manager, I’m looking at our numbers on a daily basis. Based on what we raise, I have to make critical budget decisions that impact how much direct mail, phone calling, texting, and door knocking we can do.

We need to keep up our grassroots movement to win the primary and defeat the radical right in November. Will you chip in any amount today to help us keep our campaign running in full force and reach as many Western Pennsylvania voters as possible?
