Dear John,

You could soon see a reduction in your Medicare Part B monthly premium which increased a whopping $21.60 this year.

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra has ordered the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to review the hefty 2022 Medicare Part B premium increase now that the agency has made its final decision to limit coverage of the controversial Alzheimer’s drug, Aduhelm, to patients in clinical trials.

Please sign our Emergency Petition to HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra urging him to take immediate action to lower Medicare Part B monthly premiums.

As you may recall, the spike in this year’s Medicare Part B premiums was partly based on Aduhelm’s exorbitant cost (originally priced at $56,000 per year) and the potential expense of wider coverage. Now that coverage has been limited there’s no reason to keep the hefty Medicare Part B premium in place!

Since the premium hike was announced, the National Committee has reached out directly to members of Congress, President Biden and Administration officials to intervene and lower the Part B premium increase. And we are so close to winning this important victory for seniors.

Medicare beneficiaries struggling to pay their bills need relief from this year’s premium increase as soon as possible! So please sign our urgent Petition today.

Sincerely,

Max Richtman
President & CEO
