Team, After NewDem Ron Kind announced that he would be retiring from Wisconsin’s 3rd district, national Republicans jumped at the opportunity to flip this swing district red and rallied behind Derek Van Orden – a Trump-endorsed extremist who admitted to being on Capitol grounds on Jan. 6th. Now, Q1 numbers from the FEC show Van Orden outraising Brad Pfaff – the Democrat we’re backing in the fight to keep this seat blue. Donald Trump carried Wisconsin’s third district in both 2016 and 2020. His endorsement of Van Orden holds weight with voters in the WI-03 area, and Brad has a lot of work in front of him to win over the support of undecided voters.
If we’re going to protect NewDem Ron Kind’s legacy, then we need to roll up our sleeves and fight alongside Brad to make sure this seat is held by a NewDem — not an extreme party loyalist.
