Submit Your Intentions, Nine Holy Masses, May 5-13

Dear Friend,

On March 25th, when Pope Francis consecrated Ukraine and Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. While cardinals, bishops and priests around the world led the same consecration and held special Holy Masses, the secular news media, which is usually not “Catholic-friendly”, broadcast news videos. Throngs of faithful Catholics attended in person and watched it live from the Vatican. It was all we talked about, on social media and with our friends.

Five weeks later, what happened? 

Weren’t we all hoping that God would wave a magic wand and stop the brutal violence and killings immediately in Ukraine? That by now peace would be upon us. 

Have we forgotten Our Lady of Fatima’s requests that she gave to us? 

Our Lady told the children at Fatima the power of the rosary, to end wars, bring world peace and convert sinners. “Pray the rosary every day in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary to obtain peace in the world, for she alone can save it.”

In two different apparitions, Our Lady requested devotion to her Immaculate Heart. “Jesus wishes to establish devotion to my Immaculate Heart in the world. I promise salvation to those who embrace it.” Are we participating in the First Saturday devotion? “You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart; I ask for the Communion of Reparation on the first Saturdays.”

In offering up our own trials and sufferings, Our Lady requested that we make sacrifices for others. “Pray much and make sacrifices for sinners, for many souls go to hell because there is no one to make sacrifices for them.”

Let us begin again to heed the requests of Our Lady of Fatima.  Please join me in praying the brief nine-day novena, which begins on May 5 and ends on the feast day, May 13. Submit your intentions for Nine Holy Masses invoking the aid of Our Lady of Fatima – include one intention for the continued good health of Cardinal Burke. 

May Our Lady of Fatima bring all men to the feet of her Divine Child.
