Dear John,

Throughout this beautiful month of Ramadan, our team has shared our accomplishments and outlined the dynamic slate of programming we are focused on, from Hollywood to Washington, D.C. Now, as Eid quickly approaches, I want to share the real-life impact of the Hollywood Bureau’s work and illustrate what your support means to our community of talent, which is working in the entertainment industry to reclaim our narrative. Here is a short testimonial from Muslim talent that have been impacted by our work.

Our $40,000 matching program is live for the last days of Ramadan! Give today to double your impact!

The MPAC Hollywood Bureau is proud to have participated in the WarnerMedia Access Early Career Bootcamp that is helping advance the careers of underrepresented talent aspiring to have a career in entertainment. It’s one of the many ways that the Hollywood Bureau is working to promote and elevate the voices and profiles of Muslim creatives to generate more equitable storytelling in television and film.

Your partnership is essential to the continued success of programs like these. And our matching program is still running in these last days of Ramadan. Donate today to double your investment in our work.

We are taking storytelling into our own hands and creating a bench of great talent to tell the Story of Us which is the story of America. It’s essential that we have our voices be heard in film, television, and media and who better to tell that story than Us. In order to do that we need talent in all stages of the process. That’s why the Hollywood Bureau exists: to partner with studios, production groups, and key stakeholders in the heart of the industry, to ensure stories about us are being told by us, but are for everyone.

Please consider giving what you can to support the MPAC Hollywood Bureau today. And remember, whatever you give will automatically be doubled with our 2:1 donor matching program!

Double Your Impact!

In Peace,

Sue Obeidi
Director, Hollywood Bureau
