Team,
Breaking news: The L.A. Times has deemed our race “the most contentious and closely watched California election in 2022.”
Over the past year, we have done hard work. We’ve taken illegal guns off our streets and gone to court to defend our gun safety laws. We have fought for our fundamental rights and safety.
And now, in this year’s election, all of that is at risk.
I have committed my career to advancing both our rights and protecting public safety – because that’s job No. 1, 2 and 3. But with all eyes in California on this race, I need you by my side – please, pitch in $5 right now.
I’m proud to be endorsed not just by the governor and dozens of members of the state legislature, but also by groups like Brady PAC and California Professional Firefighters for my work to protect public safety.
But this work is far from done. I’ve never shied away from doing this work, and I’m not going to start now. We are going to fight – for Californians, and for all folks throughout this country.
This is going to be a big race, and our rights are at stake. I need your help: If you can, chip in $5 to my campaign right now so we can continue this work.
Thank you,
Rob Bonta
California Attorney General
