But I never thought I'd be "accidentally" CHOKED TO DEATH:

"AR-388 was found with the 'yoke of the restraint chair pushed
all the way up touching the top of the chamber causing
obstruction of the airways.'"

An FDA "White Coat" locked me in a vise. But he didn't bother to
check if it was installed properly.

It was TOO TIGHT. Alone and terrified, I couldn't move or utter a
sound.

Trust me, Taxpayer: no one can hear you SCREAM in a government
lab. I slowly SUFFOCATED.

Bureaucrats found me hours later, but it was too late. My brain
was deprived of OXYGEN. I was only 5 years old.
