As Dan stays busy fighting for IL-03 in Congress and our campaign operations heat up in the district, we wanted to catch you up on what Team Lipinski has been up to for the past few weeks. Take a look!
IN THE DISTRICT
Special thanks to Alderman Matthew J O’Shea for inviting Dan to speak at the 19th Ward Veterans Breakfast. Dan is grateful for every opportunity to talk with our nation’s veterans and to let them know how much we appreciate their sacrifices.
It was an absolute honor for Dan to sponsor and run in the annual Mike Hike 5K in Homer Glen. This run honors Mike Olivieri, who was killed in Iraq in 2011 while serving in the U.S. Army. Dan is a staple at this race that supports improvements to community trails and parks.
Dan joined more than 100 people who paid their respects at the Veterans Island Brick Dedication sponsored by the Garfield Ridge Chamber of Commerce. It was a beautiful gesture to see so many patriots brave the cold!
Dan spoke at the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers’ seminar to help their members become active in the upcoming 2020 election and to discuss the major issues that are affecting their lives. We at Team Lipinski are appreciative of all the support IAM has given Dan!
Dan and Judy enjoyed pancakes at a fundraiser for Robert E Coulter American Legion Post 1941 in La Grange. Reminder, on Saturday, November 30th, the American Legion will be collecting toys for the U.S. Marine Corps and the Toys for Tots Program from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM!
