I know you’re itching to log off and get your weekend started — so if you can hear me out for just one moment, I promise I’ll be out of here in a pinch.

Tomorrow night, we’ll be closing the books on our fundraising for the month. We’re gearing up for a busy summer before November’s midterm elections, so it’s important that we hit our goal before the deadline.

National Republicans will be watching our numbers closely. They’re raising unspeakable sums to flip the Senate in their favor, and pulling out all the stops to do it.

These end-of-month fundraising deadlines are important opportunities for us to show the grassroots momentum behind our work to defend our razor-thin Democratic majority — especially as right-wing attacks ramp up here in our state and across the country. So I say we show ‘em what we’ve got!
