This month, the polls in the Texas Governor's race have been incredibly positive. We started off the month with Beto O’Rourke within two points of Greg Abbott, according to Texas Lyceum. And a few weeks ago, the Texas Hispanic Policy Foundation reported that Latino voters prefer Beto by nearly 20 points.

Beto closed the gap because he's fighting for working Texans -- unlike Greg Abbott, who is constantly making life harder for millions in our state.

I'm more optimistic than ever about this year's election with this month's data. But the fact is that Governor Greg Abbott has been amassing an enormous campaign war chest, one of the deepest in the nation.

Friend, if we’re going to elect Beto O’Rourke and defeat Greg Abbott, we need thousands of contributions from everyday working people to overcome the millions of dollars Abbott’s corporate donors are throwing at this election.

So will you chip in $7 before our critical end-of-month deadline to fire Greg Abbott this November?

I believe Beto has the power to usher in a new era of progress for our state. He's a once-in-a-generation leader who can accomplish a once-in-a-generation win. But he needs our help to get him over the finish line.
