Dear John,

Greetings from the land of a thousand hills, Rwanda. It is wonderful to witness how your partnership with AE is helping to transform lives in this beautiful country. Last year, our aid and development programs impacted over 300 000 people in this nation, with a particular emphasis on the empowerment of women. You could read more about one of these initiatives below.

We are also grateful for what God has done during our recent mission to Cape Town, South Africa. In Cape Town, we witnessed once again that Jesus Christ is the only hope for the human heart. Through your partnership, God is doing a mighty work in the hearts of South Africans who have long been divided along racial, denominational and socio-economic lines.

The articles below give a glimpse into a typical day during the two week mission, and introduce you to some of the phenomenal people who were involved. The hand of God is so evident upon their lives, as it is on yours!
