Dear John,

We need better options in our politics. It’s a broken system, and over 80% of Wisconsinites [[link removed]] , the Exhausted Majority, agree. Our agenda to make government work [[link removed]] seeks to empower working people in government and we’re excited to have it featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel [[link removed]] .

If you want to help fix our broken political system, please support our campaign with a financial contribution. [[link removed]]

As your next U.S. Senator, I’ll promote greater collaboration in Congress and fair elections by enacting Final Five Voting and ending partisan gerrymandering. Both of these measures ensure the people serving us in government are responsive to our needs because they provide the means for us to hold them accountable at the ballot box. I’ll also empower working class people and non-traditional candidates to run for office by passing a Citizens’ Elections Program based on the highly successful Connecticut Citizens’ Elections Program (passed by my organization, the Millennial Action Project). Learn about these initiatives and more in our recent proposal to make government work for Wisconsin’s Exhausted Majority [[link removed]].

I successfully convened the bipartisan co-sponsors of the Final Five Voting bill in Wisconsin’s state legislature and I’m the only candidate in this race who supports it. Final Five Voting is a “ranked voting” method where the top five candidates are selected from the primary election and instant runoff voting is used to identify the winner in the general election. You can learn more about Final Five Voting here: [[link removed]] .

I’m also the only candidate who has a successful track record of passing gerrymandering reforms and a plan for making nonpartisan redistricting a reality nationwide. As Founder and CEO of the Millennial Action Project, we successfully built state-level caucuses to end partisan gerrymandering and worked with members of Congress to secure bipartisan support for nonpartisan redistricting.
