Remember when I emailed you earlier this week about raising $3,000 in grassroots fundraising before Monday’s reporting deadline? A little bit has changed since then.

We’re seeing anti-government, anti-voter rights candidates on the ballot all over the country, and they’re raising A LOT of money. If we get complacent, New Mexico could be next to lose our democracy to the Big Lie. We need to: 1. ramp up our field program early, 2. build out our team FAST, and 3. show our opponent that we have the support of the people.

I ran the numbers to see what all this would take, and made the call to up our fundraising goal to $6,000 in grassroots fundraising before the reporting deadline on Monday, May 2nd.
