Consumer Action is conducting a Smartphone Warranties and Device Satisfaction Survey. We invite you to take the 14-question survey using SurveyMonkey. 

We designed this survey to: determine whether U.S. consumers read and understand smartphone warranties when they purchase new phones; assess their satisfaction with the devices they’ve purchased; gather feedback on how their phones performed after critical updates were installed; and measure their knowledge about how to make a claim under their phone’s original warranty or any extended warranty they purchased at the time they bought the devices.

This is an anonymous survey. No specific personal information that could be used to identify you or your computer will be collected.

Consumer Action will use the findings of the survey to inform our educational work.
